Toronto Western Hospital

Dr. Syed sees patients at the fracture clinic in the Toronto Western Hospital on Mondays and has orthopedic clinic usually on Fridays. 

The hospital is located at the corner of Bathurst st. and Dundas St. The address is 399 Bathurst st. Both the fracture clinic and the Orthopedic offices are on the 1st floor.

Parking is available underground off of Bathurst st. or at the back of the hospital on Nassau st.

We ask that patients expect 30-60 mins for the appointment.

New patients have to sign into the hospital system at the admitting desk across from Tim Hortons.

This clinic is located at the corner of College St and Rhusholme Rd at 998 College St. The clinic is on the first floor of the building next to the Bairrada restaurant and  Pharmasave .

There is free street parking on the side streets.

There is paid parking on College st. in front of and across from the building. 

The waiting time is less at this clinic location and typically patients wait less than 15 minutes to be seen.

This clinic is located at the corner of Yonge st and Sheppard Ave in the Hullmark Center. The clinic is on the 11th floorunit 1106. The building is located at  4789 Yonge St.

This site is accessible by Sheppard Subway which opens into the building. There is underground parking accessible from Sheppard Ave. There is a whole foods in the building which will validate parking for 1.5 hrs for a $15 purchase from them.

There is also a paid parking lot across from the building.
